A former Catholic High School for Boys substitute teacher in Arkansas, pleaded guilty on May 26th to a charge of indecent exposure with a student whom she was tutoring.

Erica Suskie did so as part of a plea deal, which Judge Wendell Griffin accepted.

She’d been facing a felony sexual assault charge, and the plea of guilty for indecent exposure is a misdemeanor.

She must now register as a sex offender, pay a $2,500 fine, and attend counseling for one year; the length of her probation.

As part of the plea deal, both Erica Suskie and the victim agreed not to talk to the media.

The specifics of the case aren’t clear at this time.
