On Monday, July 13th, Dien Tu, a store clerk, had just returned from a quick break in the back of the Super K convenience store on Beechnut Street and Jorine Drive in southwest Houston when four masked men drove into the parking lot. Three of the men jumped out with guns and rushed the door. The store clerk quickly defended himself from the would-be robbers by opening fire on them. One of them dragged customer Tom Vo in an apparent attempt to use him as a shield.

The video shows the two suspects running out of the store quickly and then eventually another suspect follows. They make their way to the getaway car with the clerk running out to fire again. The Houston Police Department confirmed that two of the suspects died of gunshot wounds at the hospital. They are still looking for the other two.
