A Minnesota State Trooper pulled over an an 8-year-old boy who drove his 3-year-old brother and his 5-year-old foster sister more than 14 miles, from St. Paul to Moundsview.

Police responded to a call about an erratic driver on Highway 36 during morning rush hour. Other drivers on the road couldn’t believe their eyes when they saw who was behind the wheel.

The boy turned into a random driveway and backed into the police car before pulling forward to park. The officer then approaches the vehicle and questions the boy before he steps out in his pajamas. He grabs his belongings from the trunk, which were packed in a garbage bag.

It is still not known where he was heading and why he went on the joyride.
