A Florida man who’d been pulled over for speeding told deputies he’d been rushing to get home to go to the bathroom.

A Lake County Sheriff deputy pulled 24-year-old Carlos Adonis Ramos-Erazo over for going 75 mph in a 55 mph zone.

During the stop, he refused to get out of his vehicle. When the officer reached into the car to unlock it, Ramos-Erazo drove off, hitting the deputy’s arm with his vehicle as he left.

The suspect made it home, got out of the car, and started running, but the deputy Tasered him and took him into custody.

On the way to the county jail, he proceeded to urinate and defecate in the back of the patrol car.

He was charged with fleeing, battery on a law enforcement officer, aggravated assault with a motor vehicle on a law enforcement officer, and resisting arrest.

He was released from jail after posting $18,000 bail.
