38-year-old Janelle Foley, a former school lunch lady in Massachusetts, has admitted to repeatedly raping a 15-year-old boy and pleaded guilty to multiple child rape charges in court Wednesday.

She was accused of sexually assaulting the 15-year-old boy during parties at his family’s home and was indicted in March of 2014.

Danielle Piccarini, Assistant Norfolk District Attorney, said that she sexually assaulted the teenager during Thanksgiving and New Year’s parties in his home.

Her attorney claims that she’d been slammed by mental health and substance abuse problems.

The victim wasn’t a student at the school where she worked as a cafeteria worker at Weymouth Middle School.

Since that 2014 indictment, she’d been released on $5,000 bail and was tracked using GPS.

After pleading guilty, she was immediately taken to a Framingham Massachusetts correctional facility to start serving her sentence.

The mother of four children was sentenced by Norfolk Superior Court Judge Thomas A. Connors immediately, to serve between two and a half years in prison to four and a half years on the first count.

District Attorney Morrissey said she’ll serve five years of probation for the remaining three counts.

“We felt a state prison sentence was appropriate in this case,” he said.

In addition, she’s required to register as a sex offender, and will not be allowed to have unsupervised contact with any children under the age of 18, except for her own children.
