This is the moment police killed a man who was threatening dogs and hikers with a gun.

Six officers shot at Benjamin C. Barnes, 42, after he killed a dog in the Boise Foothills of Idaho.

The Blaine County Prosecutor said officers were justified in killing him because they saw him ‘take an aggressive shooter’s stance and begin to discharge several rounds’ in their direction.

The officers returned fire and killed Barnes with two direct hits in March this year.
