Man Picks the Lock of a Pickup While Sitting on His Bike and Drives Off

On July 13, 2015, surveillance camera captured an unknown male riding a bicycle. He approached a white 2001 Dodge Ram pickup which was parked in the 3200 block of Collins Street in Richmond. Then he picked the lock of the driver’s side door and got inside.

The suspect got the vehicle to start and then he placed his bicycle in the back. The thief drove off in the pickup in an unknown direction. He is described as a white male, 30-35 years-of-age, has short brown hair, was last seen wearing a white sleeveless shirt with “COME AT ME BRO” on the front, dark-colored shorts, has a tattoo on his upper left arm, and was riding a black and white BMX-style bicycle.
