This unusual video was filmed by a citizen who decided to pull over a Minneapolis police officer for speeding, doing 56 mph in a 40 mph zone without any warning lights.

During the confrontation, the officer tells the man, “I’m the police.” The citizen tells him that he would like him to drive the speed limit. He then asks the officer for his name and badge number. The officer semi-reluctantly gives the man the information.

The man claimed that after the stop, he attempted to file a complaint multiple times and was hung up on, and only after finding a place to file an official complaint on the website, did he hear from an investigator.
