What’s the first thing you’d do when being released from police custody if you found yourself in that position? Most would insist that they’d be the model citizen – or at least something similar.

Well, 45-year-old Greenwood of New Jersey didn’t feel the same way.

Upon his release from custody for a threat of assault, he was being issued a summons by Lieutenant John Insabella when he decided to take said summons and wipe it his butt with it – literally – and then throw it ‘in the direction of’ Officer Insabella.

He’s now facing a felony charge for subjecting a police officer to ‘contact with a bodily fluid’ during the incident that happened back in June.

The document was seized for evidence.
