A Montana real estate agent had his kids with him while setting up for an open house. As he worked, the kids roamed around the home. To their surprise, they found a naked couple in one of the bedrooms.
22-year-old Noel Moore and an unnamed 17-year-old boy fled from the property upon being found.
Ms. Moore told cops that the male she was with, whose name wasn’t released because he’s being charged as a juvenile, kicked in the back door of the home for the pair to get inside.
The door was split down the middle from the force, a window screen was torn, and the real-estate agent’s lockbox was damaged in the incident.
She’s been charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor criminal mischief in connection with the break-in.
The damage has been estimated to be less than $1,500.
