A man who was caught last week using his cell phone to peek into a stall in a women’s bathroom at a Lancaster County store is now facing child porn charges.

19-year-old James T. Shoemaker gave consent to police to search his cell phone after he was caught red-handed in a women’s bathroom stall at the Sheetz mini market back on April 14th.

When searching it, they found nude pictures of his 16-year-old girlfriend.

He was arrested Thursday, and his bail was set at $250,000.

He’s also charged with invasion of privacy after a 10-year-old girl found him in that women’s bathroom.

Before the latest find, he’d been released on a summons to appear in court on May 9th.
