Police in Pennsylvania were called to the home of 35-year-old Heather Michele Hall of York at around 10:00 p.m. on Sunday.
Ms. Hall, who was drunk, tried to put her 2-year-old daughter out in the cold and six inches of snow because she no longer wanted the child.
When her 11-year-old son tried to stop her from taking the baby girl outside, his mother choked him.
She became aggressive toward the officers, and even spit at them.
Luckily, police had arrived before she’d been able to carry out her plans.
She was charged with two counts of child endangerment, aggravated assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.
She’s now sitting in the York County Prison on $35,000 bail.
