18-year-old Austin Symonds, a former employee at Papa Murphy’s Pizza in Georgetown, Texas, was arrested after a customer caught him in the act of rubbing his scrotum on an uncooked stuffed-crust Hawaiian pizza that he had ordered.

The pizza was ordered by Brent Bradley just before the shop was about to close. Austin wasn’t real happy about this.

He said he tampered with the pizza to teach Bradley a lesson and admitted that he probably would have given the pizza to Bradley if he hadn’t been caught. After the incident, he was fired.

Originally, the teen was charged with a felony count of tampering with a consumer product and released on $10,000 bail. But it was changed to a misdemeanor charge of violating the Texas Health and Safety Code.

If prosecutors approve Symonds for admission into a pretrial intervention program, the case could even be dismissed.
