Halloween seems to have been pretty darn busy for law enforcement nationwide this year.

This case happened in Dallas, Texas.

31-year-old Paw Eh called all of her children to the home’s kitchen. Once there, her oldest daughter, 12, watched her open up a can of ant poison. She watched in shock and disbelief as she then forced her 4-year-old son to eat it.

The young boy initially refused, but Ms. Eh slapped him, leading him to do as he was told. He immediately started crying.

The other two – the aforementioned 12-year-old girl and a 7-year-old – refused to do it, according to the eldest.

“My mom wants to kill us with poison powder that kills ants and stuff,” she told police, revealing that she believed it all to be part of a murder-suicide plot.

As of Sunday, November 1st, the youngest child was in stable condition and the older two were taken into protective custody by Child Protective Services.

Paw Eh was charged with attempted capital murder and is being held on a $150,000 bond.
