Two people, a man and a woman, have been arrested for allegedly negotiating a price of $10,000 in exchange for a girl’s virginity.

32-year-old Cirino Santiago Delacruz (above, left) and 33-year-old Adriana Aguilar (above, right) are being held in the Collin County Detention Center on suspicions of trafficking and indecency with a child by sexual contact. Ms. Aguilar was also hit with a separate charge of promotion of prostitution of a person younger than 18.

The two now have immigration holds against them from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as well.

Authorities were notified of the alleged crime after the underage girl, whose age hasn’t been released, told her parents what had happened.

Ms. Aguilar knew the girl and is alleged to have asked her to ride to Dallas with her for an errand she needed to run. She then purportedly took the girl to an apartment where she met Mr. Delacruz.

He purportedly offered to pay $10,000 to have sex with the girl and take her virginity. He then forced her into a bedroom, kissed her, and put his hands up her shirt.

When the scared victim resisted his advances, she was allowed to leave the bedroom.

Ms. Aguilar says that the victim then told her that she couldn’t go through with it and wanted to leave.

She became upset with the young victim and demanded that she keep quiet about what had happened. Delacruz paid $100; $50 to Aguilar and $50 to the girl.

Ms. Aguilar claims that the girl had accepted the arrangement to have sex with Delacruz for money, and that that is why she took her to the apartment to begin with.
