On Wednesday January 15th, 2014 Investigators with the Kinston Department of Public Safety obtained Warrants for Arrest on the following subjects. These charges stem from the Armed Robberies which occurred on Sunday, January 12th, 2014 at the Wok-N-Roll and Kings BBQ Restaurants. These subjects are wanted and should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who knows of their whereabouts are urged to call police.
Subjects are wanted for Armed Robbery (3 counts) , Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery (2 counts) and 2nd Degree Kidnapping.

On Sunday, January 12, 2014 at approximately 5:33 PM members of the Kinston Dept. of Public Safety Law Enforcement Division responded to an Armed Robbery call at the Wok-N-Roll Restaurant located at 2424 north Herritage St. in Kinston. Upon arrival officers were old two black males, one wearing a red ball cap, the other a blue bandanna, entered the business. The subject wearing the red ball cap pointed a black handgun at the clerk and demanded her to open the register. The other subject then removed an undisclosed amount of cash from the register. A customer was also robbed of his wallet. No one was injured during this incident. This incident is still under investigation.
On Sunday, January 12, 2014 at approximately 6:48 PM members of the Kinston Dept. of Public Safety Law Enforcement Division responded to a call of an Armed Robbery at King’s Restaurant located on Highway 70 East in Kinston. Upon arrival, officers were told two black males entered the business. One subject was wearing a blue jacket and red ball cap. One subject was armed with a handgun. An undisclosed amount of cash was taken during the robbery. No one was injured during the incident.
