A Utah woman was arrested this past Saturday after she held the teens she was babysitting against their will for drinking…more importantly, finishing…her vodka.

30-year-old Brittani Robinson was arrested on charges of unlawful detention, threats of violence, robbery, intoxication, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Authorities says she was watching her two nephews, 15 and 17, and two friends those nephews had invited over. She then supplied them with beer and vodka.

Later that evening, she noticed that her vodka was empty and confronted the group, “threatening to shoot and kill them,” according to the report.

She then purportedly ordered them into the garage, where she continued her onslaught of threats of assault if they didn’t pay her back for the vodka.

“She told them they couldn’t leave and they were now her slaves for drinking all of the alcohol,” the press release reads.

Authorities say she then forced them all, with threats of “breaking their faces,” to take out their wallets and give her all of their money.

The teens were held hostage for four to five hours before one of the boys finally climbed out of a window and called family members.

When police arrived, they found the other three teens in the garage, as well as marijuana and paraphernalia in Ms. Robinson’s possession.

None of the boys were harmed in the incident.
