A Wyoming man has been hit with drug charges after going door-to-door Monday asking the occupants if they wanted to buy cocaine.

56-year-old Thomas Avery Glenn has been charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine, and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, and was being held in the Natrona County Detention Center as of Tuesday morning.

A woman called authorities at around 6:30 p.m. to let them know that a man had approached her in her yard asking if she wanted to get high.

She says the man told her he had cocaine and asked her several times if she wanted to buy drugs from him. She then told him to leave her property. Then, she told authorities, she saw him walk across the street and knock on the door of her neighbor’s house.

When officers arrived, he turned away from them and walked through a yard, stopping against a fence. An officer then approached him and saw a small paper packet on the ground on the opposite side of the fence. When he opened it, he found cocaine and meth inside of it.

He told officers that the drugs weren’t his and that he’d been going door-to-door looking for tree trimming work.
