A Wisconsin teacher Stephanie Pudlowski, 38 is accused of having sex with her 16-year-old foster son after her husband is said to have secretly recorded their alleged trysts.

Pudlowski was arrested on May 15 after police say audio and video taken in the home they shared in Oneida County showed she had a sexual relationship with the boy.

She has since been charged with sexual assault of a child placed in substitute care, sexual intercourse with a child age 16 or older and causing mental harm to a child, NewsWatch12 reports.

Pudlowski is said to have met the boy while teaching at James Williams Middle School. Police say no sexual contact occurred on district property.

A newlywed Florida private school teacher has been arrested after police claim she had sex with a 15-year-old student on numerous occasions and sent him sexually explicit pictures of herself over Instagram.

Bradenton police said they were made aware of the claims against Kassandra Moore, 31, back in April when they were contacted by the Broach School, where she worked as a teacher.

Authorities were provided with a copy of a conversation thread shared between Moore and the alleged teen victim over Instagram, prompting an investigation.

The interaction initially started with questions about a homework assignment but soon messages of a ‘flirtatious manner’ were exchanged back-and-forth, an affidavit shows.

‘I wanted to just grab you and kiss you, but I didn’t want to make the first move and you reject me,’ one message sent by Moore reportedly reads.

Police also spoke to the recipient of the messages, who is said to have shown them several screenshots of ‘lewd selfie-style’ pictures that Moore had sent to him, showing her in lingerie with her ‘body parts exposed and posed in a sexual manner’.

The teenage boy also confessed to detectives the pair had arranged to meet in several locations – including Moore’s car, at school after hours, and at the G.T. Bray Park – where they engaged in sexual acts.

Their apparent relationship ended when one of the student’s friends informed the principal of the inappropriate on-goings.

However, when approached by detectives, Moore allegedly attempted to coerce a colleague into providing a false alibi for her, as well as messaging a former student to ask how to remotely delete messages and images from another person’s phone.

At first her colleague is said to have considered lying to police to protect Moore, but later instead agreed to assist the investigation when they learned of t

A Florida woman has been charged with molesting a teenage girl while she was a church youth leader.

Heather Matuszek, 32, was arrested Wednesday on two counts of lewd and lascivious molestation of the young member of the Clearwater Community Church, near Tampa Bay.

Detectives say between August 2014 and April 2015 Heather Matuszek, 32, inappropriately touched an underage girl who was in her youth group at the Clearwater Community Church.

Matuszek was 28 at the time, and the victim was 15.

The now 19-year-old victim told authorities on two separate occasions Matuszek spent the night in her bed. Each time, the victim alleges Matuszek kissed her face and rubbed her arms, body and breasts over her clothing, according to the sheriff’s office.

The victim further claims that additional incidents happened outside of Pinellas County. They are set to be investigated by police.

Meanwhile, Matuszek has been released on $40,000 bail and is due to return to court.

Matuszek is no longer associated with Clearwater Community Church.

According to her LinkedIn account, she is the owner/ operator of a Chick-fil-A near Tampa, a position she has held since 2016.

The fast-food franchise, which is closed on Sundays for religious observance, has previously garnered controversy after its CEO made a series of public comments opposing same sex marriage.

A Northside Teacher was arrested and charged after inappropriate contact with a student.

The Muscogee County School District says it was an anonymous tip that led to the investigation of the 26-year-old Northside teacher.

The arrest marks the third criminal investigation involving one of the School District’s employees after two substitute teachers were charged last week.

Kristin Davenport was formally charged late Thursday with three counts of sexual assault by a person who has supervisory or disciplinary authority, in this case a teacher.

The charges reportedly stem from Davenport’s consensual contact with a student at Northside.

Details of the allegations have not been made public.

Davenport’s arrest follows two other criminal investigations involving substitute teachers in the Muscogee County School District.

Hardaway substitute, Alexander White is facing multiple charges including child molestation and enticing a child.

A substitute at Midland Middle School, Victoria Cothran was arrested on a less serious misdemeanor charge of simple battery after an alleged meltdown on a student there.

The Muscogee County School District responded to a previous report by First News about the incidents involving the substitutes intimating that any suggestion District officials said they were unaware of specific allegations or didn’t provide a straight answer or that the Superintendent shied away from hot topics is (to paraphrase) pure rubbish and flat false.

The Windham Board of Education holds a special meeting, voting to take action against it’s own Superintendent who’s accused of having sex with one student, and attempting to have sex with another. The educator also once taught English in Campbell and Western Reserve Schools.

Meanwhile, some parents are concerned that little information was provided by the school district — and they’re worried there may be other victims out there.

At 7:00 AM a special meeting of the Windham Board of Education was called to order. By just one minute after, members of the board had moved behind closed doors and into executive session.

They voted to discuss the employment status of school Superintendent 35-year-old Laura Amero who was recently indicted by a Portage County Grand Jury for allegedly having sex with a 16-year-old male student in 2017. She’s also accused of attempting to have sex with another male student while she was the Principal in the district two times between 2015 and 2017 when he was 16 and 17-years-old.

Amero is officially charged with: Two counts each of Sexual Battery and Attempted Sexual Battery and One Count of Intimidation of a Witness.

It took the Board of Education just 13 minutes to emerge and unanimously vote to suspend Amero without pay pending the outcome of her criminal case.

She was previously on paid administrative leave since the start of the investigation and she’s been ordered to have no contact with the victims and to stay away from all juveniles while under indictment.

The President of the School Board says Amero has been the Superintendent since February, and prior to that she has been a Principal in the district since 2015. He says the district had done all the necessary steps to check her background.

Windham Board of Education President Darryl McGuire says, “Of course we did our due diligence. Even when we hired her, we even had a lot of experience with her from 2015 as a Principal. Of course we didn’t see any of that or have any indication of any wrong doing — until the allegations came fourth.”

Dominique Hardwick, the mother of one Windham student says she only heard about the investigation from her son. The school didn’t send anything home until a few days ago.

“I just feel like that was something that we should have been notified about immediately,” Hardwick said.

The mother of three feels the school needs to address what’s happened with all the students.

“It needs to be addressed to make sure there aren’t any other victims,” Hardwick said.

Amero is free on a $350,000 bond, she has previously declined comment and referred us to her attorney who has not responded at this point.

Her next court hearing is set for May 31st.

A teacher in Texas Edna Mabel Longoria, 39, has been arrested for allegedly having sex with a 17-year-old male student after investigators found bodily fluid in a classroom.

Longoria was charged last week with having an improper relationship with the student at Veterans’ Memorial High School in Mission.

The health science teacher turned herself in to police last Thursday after the student notified school administrators of their alleged sexual relationship that the student claims happened ‘multiple times’.

Kelsie Rochelle Koepke, a 25-year-old mother-of-one from Katy, was released on $15,000 bond on Wednesday after she was charged with felony counts of online solicitation of a minor and improper relationship with a student.

An investigation into Koepke was launched on February 28 after a student at Paetow High School in Katy saw an exchange on social media containing inappropriate content between the teacher and a 15-year-old classmate.

When police interviewed the 15-year-old boy, he said he first met Koepke at a school event in October 2017, and at that time the teacher gave him her Snapchat user name, ‘Momma K,’ so that they could communicate.

According to a probable cause affidavit, Koepka instructed the teen to not save any of their online exchanges.

A former Northwest Whitfield High School teacher has been sentenced to 10 years with 120 days of detention and the rest on probation after pleading guilty Friday to sexual assault by a person with supervisory and disciplinary authority, according to the Whitfield County clerk of court’s office.

Raquel Eleana Spencer must serve 90 to 120 days in a probation detention center, a highly-structured, minimum security facility that provides counseling, life skills classes and substance abuse counseling. She must also pay a $1,000 fine plus court costs and surcharges, perform 300 hours of community service and observe all sex offender special conditions of probation.

A second charge against her, for possession of a schedule 1 controlled substance, was dropped as part of the plea agreement.

Spencer was an English teacher at Northwest. She resigned after being arrested at the school on April 25 of last year for possession of heroin after school officials notified the sheriff’s office she appeared to be under the influence.

She was indicted by a Whitfield County grand jury last year. According to one indictment, Spencer had sexual intercourse with a student who attended the high school, “with supervisory and disciplinary authority over (the) individual.” The indictment specified the relationship as between Oct. 1, 2017, and April 8, 2018. During the investigation into the heroin, the sexual relationship with the student was discovered through a search of her phone.

ALPENA — The boy who claims he had a sexual relationship with his teacher took the stand in 88th District Court Thursday and described how the relationship began and eventually led to sexual acts being done more than 100 times over a three-year span, beginning when he was 11 years old.

The boy, now 14, claims there are photos and videos that prove his story.

He testified during the second day of the preliminary examination in the sex assault case against former Thunder Bay Junior High School teacher Heather Winfield. The preliminary exam, used to determine if there is enough evidence for the case to proceed to trial, began Wednesday and will continue Friday.

The News does not name alleged victims of sexual assault.

The defense countered the boy’s testimony strongly, claiming he made up the story and created fake evidence. The boy had the password to Winfield’s phone.

During the cross-examination, questioning became heated and the victim became verbally aggressive toward Winfield’s counsel and Judge Thomas LaCross called for a recess to let things cool down.

The victim, who officials say has been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, said Winfield, his special education teacher, showered him with gifts, included him in her family vacations, and, ultimately, seduced him.

Winfield, who resigned from the school, is charged with two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a child younger than 13 and with first-degree criminal sexual conduct during the commission of a felony, third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a child aged 13 to 15, second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a child younger than 13, accosting a minor for immoral purposes, and using a computer to commit a crime.

If convicted, Winfield could face life in prison.

The saga began, the boy testified, when he was placed in special education at the school under the tutelage of Winfield, who gradually earned his trust and that of his grandparents, who are the boy’s guardians. He said he was invited to take trips on spring break to Florida and Tennessee, where Winfield took him to a football game for his birthday. He also received many gifts, such as fishing gear, bikes, a guitar and amplifier, and expensive, name-brand tennis shoes from his teacher, he told the court.

It was early in summer 2016 when the boy said the sexual advances began. On July 2 of that year, he said, the two had intercourse in a trailer that was in the yard at Winfield’s home and more assaults continued from there. He said Winfield took him to several different hotels in Alpena, where they had sex, and that they also frequented Duck Park and other local trails and campsites where they could be together. He said Winfield sent him nude photos and he took a video of one encounter.

LaCross let the prosecution enter the photos and video as evidence.

According to the alleged victim, Winfield also sent him a photo of an ultrasound image and told him she was pregnant. The boy said he is unsure what happened to the pregnancy or if there really was one.

Assistant Prosecutor Cynthia Muszynski asked the boy how it made him feel afterward and he said it made him feel “cool” and he decided to just “roll” with what was happening.

“We would have what she called quickies all over the house and it could happen at any time of the day,” he said. “We were really sneaky about it.”

After the school was alerted there could be some misbehavior between the two, law enforcement was contacted, but the boy at that time denied there was anything sexual taking place. It wasn’t until much later that he fessed up to his grandparents, who contacted authorities once more, and an investigation started.

Muszynski introduced to the court a large binder containing pages upon pages of Facebook messages she claimed the two sent one another.

A girl the victim was dating while the affair was allegedly ongoing discovered some of those messages on the boy’s device and reported them to the Michigan State Police, who contacted Alpena Public Schools. After being able to examine them, the alleged victim said he recognized the messages and said under oath that they were sent and received between Winfield and himself.

Defense Attorney Matt Wojda painted a different picture of what really happened over the span of their relationship and claimed the Winfield family offered the troubled youth help and support. The family considered adopting him, the attorney said, but things turned sour and violent as the boy began to lash out and fabricated the whole story.

Wojda pointed out several discrepancies in the boy’s testimony Thursday compared to his initial statements to police. At one point, Wojda pushed the boy to come clean and admit he made up the allegations and sent the pictures from Winfield’s phone, to which he had the password.

The alleged victim admitted he had used Winfield’s phone to send messages and impersonated Winfield on her Snapchat account in the past.

“Why don’t you just come clean and admit none of this happened?” Wojda said.

LaCross stopped Wojda’s examination for a moment and then the focus shifted to alleged nude photos and pictures of an ultasound that the boy said Winfield sent him.

Wojda pointed out that the photos of the ultasound included the image of part of a Google search bar and suggested the victim grabbed the photo online and saved it on his phone. He also had the boy compare two pictures of what he claimed were Winfield’s breasts and had the boy see if there were any differences in them. The victim said one of the pictures had a “dark spot” on one of the breasts and the other didn’t, but that he did not doctor the photos.

“It must have been the camera,” he said.

The victim also claimed to have more nude photos of Winfield on his phone, but said he had deleted them. He’s aware the MSP Forensic Team had tried to recover them, but found no images in their examination.

“I don’t know what they did because they were there,” he said.

As pressure from law enforcement heated up, the boy said Winfield, a friend and himself devised a plan that would hopefully put the investigation to rest. After telling police about the alleged assaults, he later sent a text to an MSP detective, saying he had made up the entire thing.

Near the end of cross-examination Wojda explained how the boy would become angry when he didn’t get his way and would often throw things at Winfield and hit one of her other children. He said the youth had punched holes in the wall and made threats against Winfield’s husband.

Wojda described an incident in a bathroom in Winfield’s home, where the defense alleged the boy sexually assaulted Winfield and then locked himself in the bathroom. The boy said Winfield made up that story.

“It is a lie,” he said.

The police report says the alleged victim had sex while others were nearby, and Wojda questioned those stories.

“You said you were being sneaky, but yet you claim you were doing it near or by all of these people in the homes and in public,” Wojda said. “You mean to tell me nobody ever seen and you never got caught? That’s just hard to believe.”

After another heated exchange between Wojda and the witness, LaCross ended the day’s proceedings. The preliminary examination will continue at 1:30 p.m. today in 88th District Court.

A high school science teacher from Texas has been arrested for allegedly performing a sex act with one of her students and exchanging racy photos and videos with the boy.

Jeana Wesson, 46, turned herself in on Thursday and was booked into the Denton City Jail on a charge of improper relationship between educator and student.

The investigation into Wesson got underway about a month ago, after the alleged victim, who is no longer enrolled in Guyer High School where she works, came forward to police accusing the educator of having an illicit relationship with him when he was 17 years old.

The victim told police Wesson sent inappropriate pictures and videos to him in 2017 and Wesson “performed a sexual act with him in her classroom,” according to a Denton police news release.

Earlier this week, police also executed a search warrant of the suspect’s home, at which point they decided they had enough evidence for an arrest.

A north Douglas County woman who was a teacher at a Lane County Christian school has been sentenced to prison for having sexual contact with a student.

Andrea Nicole Baber of Curtin was sentenced by Douglas County Circuit Court Judge Ann Marie Simmons to 20 months in prison, on three counts of third-degree rape, with each of the three sentences running concurrently.

Baber, who was 29 at the time she was arrested, was a teacher at Logos Christian Academy on Game Farm Road in Springfield when the affair occurred with a 15-year-old male student in 2016.

Baber was arrested in December 2017. According to investigators, the “sexual relationship” with the student continued “on a regular basis,” and Baber provided the minor with marijuana and alcohol, according to court documents.

The allegations were first reported to law enforcement after the boy’s father received an anonymous email asking whether he knew his teenage son was having sexual contact with Baber, according to court documents. Attached to the email were several photos of Baber and the boy in bed together. The two were then caught in bed together by Baber’s husband.

In a forensic interview for police, the victim says it started when he was texting his teacher in a classroom chatroom called “Class Craft.” According to the victim, Zamora made an announcement she wasn’t going to be at school, so she asked her students to text her because she would be bored. The texting between the victim and his teacher then turned into flirting.

The victim says Zamora sent him nude pictures. At the time this was happening, police documents reveal the school principal, Tim Dickey, received a written statement from three female students on Feb. 7 of “issues” between Zamora and the victim.

However, Dickey told detectives he did not speak to two of the three female students who sent him the written statement. Dickey admitted to detectives it was a mistake.

The victim’s parents tell detectives their son disclosed two sexual encounters that occurred Feb. 16 and 17.

The victim says in his forensic interview that Zamora reached out to him at midnight, drove out to his grandparents’ home where he was, and then waited for him to sneak out. Another encounter happened on school campus after a school talent show. According to detectives who spoke to the victim’s parents, there were at least four sexual encounters.

The victim’s stepmom says she noticed her son was acting oddly and wanting to shut his door at night, so she installed a parental app on his phone called Sentry.

Documents say the victim’s stepmom began getting alerts back-to-back with the word “baby.” She showed her son the alerts and asked him who it was, and he responded, “My teacher.”

Zamora told the victim’s parents she didn’t want to be on the news. She insisted the victim’s parents meet with her in person.

“I don’t want to say stuff and have me recorded right now and bring this to court and have me go to jail for the rest of my life,” said Zamora during the call.

Zamora was arrested after that recorded phone call. She was on her way to Las Brisas Academy when police pulled her over and took her into custody.

Officers asked her if she knew why she was arrested, and Zamora said she did not know why. Her Miranda Rights were read, but she invoked her Fifth Amendment rights and requested a lawyer.

According to police documents, police served a search warrant at her home where they seized items, including lingerie and an electronic tablet.
