Two Wisconsin men purportedly “tired of living under the infidel’s system” have been arrested for trying to join ISIS. Their intent was to travel through Mexico to Syria.

35-year-old Jason Ludke (left) and 30-year-old Yosvany Padilla-Conde (right) revealed their plans to join the merciless Islamic State organization in multiple emails and Facebook conversations sent to what turned out to be an undercover FBI agent.

In a video that was sent to the agent on October 1st, both men pledged their allegiance to ISIS leader Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi, and said they wanted to reach paradise by fighting for the brutal group.

Mr. Ludke told authorities that the plan was to get passports for Arab countries in Mexico, then travel to Yemen where he and Mr. Padilla-Conde would study Arabic. They would then have traveled to Syria where they would join ISIS.

Ludke was the most insistent on traveling to Syria after converting to Islam in 2003. He often spoke about wanting to take part in jihad. Padilla-Conde, ironically, told investigators that he’d tried to talk his friend out of the idea, but finally agreed to travel to the volatile country after losing his job and an imminent eviction from his apartment.

They were arrested near San Angelo, Texas as they were on their way to the Mexican border.

Ludke is a registered sex offender after a 2002 conviction for second-degree sexual assault of a child, and was also convicted of sending a death threat to a judge in 2009.

An Alabama man and woman have been arrested for forcing the pole to a bird feeder, as well as a garden hose, into their roommate’s rectum. Yes, they’d all been drinking…but still.

On Tuesday, September 13th, after the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office learned that a man was hospitalized with severe injuries to his rectum and colon, an investigation was started.

It was on September 3rd that the victim had been drinking on the front porch with 34-year-old Dustin Lee Bragg and 49-year-old Barbie Gordon Vaughn.

The victim then fell off of the porch and onto a bird feeder mounted on a pole. He and the pole-with-a-bird-feeder went tumbling to the ground and into some dog feces. The victim removed his clothes off to clean himself up.

During that time, Mr. Bragg, a registered sex offender previously convicted of raping a 10-year-old girl, and Ms. Vaughn used the metal bird feeder pole and a garden hose to sodomize the victim, causing severe internal injuries.

The victim didn’t get medical attention for six long days. It wasn’t until September 9th that he had a relative take him in to be seen.

The victim and his wife had been homeless and were paying $400 to rent a spare room at the home.

They’d only been in the home for a few days when the incident occurred. The victim’s wife wasn’t home at the time.

Their court dates and bonds haven’t been set yet.

Investigators haven’t ruled out additional charges.

The victim remains in the hospital in critical condition.

The girl’s father, Terry Peters, says he noticed a mark on his daughter’s face when he’d picked her up from the school bus last week.

“People came out and they began to state to me that she got slapped on the school bus,” he told a local news station. “I’m very upset, I’m mad.”

Surveillance footage showed 17-year-old Tavon Walters use another student’s hand to hit 5-year-old Jasmine Peters on the right side of her face.

“He had reached over that seat and he was telling another girl that ‘if you don’t hit her then I’m going to hit her for you,’” Mr.Peters said.

Phyllis Schwarting, the Bamberg District superintendent, gave all impressions of defending the assault by saying, “The behavior on the bus was not any more abnormal than most buses.”

School officials then tried claiming that Walters wasn’t responsible for the marks on the girl’s face because they were on the wrong side of her face compared to what’s shown in the video.

The explanation rang clearly to most; that the photo had been flipped horizontally.

Meet Emma Wiley.

A Massachusetts college woman has been arrested after biting off the ear of rookie female officer Jessica Rondinelli, who was trying to place her into a squad car after a brawl early Sunday outside of a bar.

Officers responding to a 911 call about a fight in progress, according to a Salem Police Department report, found Ms. Wiley and another woman scrapping as a crowd of over 100 people walked around.

She had a fistful of the other woman’s hair and was trying to throw her to the ground. She was was also “screaming uncontrollably,” according to the same report.

After officers separated the tangling pair and started taking the enraged collegiate to a police cruiser, the criminal justice major from Salem State University yelled, “I’ll fucking kill you all. Don’t fucking touch me!”

As officers struggled to get her inside the car, she lunged at the face of the officer and “grabbed a hold of Officer Rondinelli’s right ear in her teeth and refused to let go.” The bitten officer then yelled, “She has my ear!”

Ms. Wiley released her bite when the 27-year-old victim in blue gouged her in the eye.

“She bit my ear off,” she told fellow officers. Her right ear was bleeding and had a “jagged chunk missing from the top of it”.

Officers found a piece of the officer’s ear in the rear area of the car used to transport the unruly perp to the Salem police station.

An officer “quickly put the piece in a plastic bag” and took it to the hospital where Rondinelli was being treated.

Unfortunately, Rondinelli was told by a doctor that, “due to the risk of infection and the nature in which her ear had been disfigured, it was unlikely that attaching the bitten-off piece was possible, and that her ear was going to be permanently marred,” according to the report.

Emma Wiley was charged with several crimes, including mayhem, aggravated assault, assault and battery on a police officer, and making threats to kill.
