A Florida Uber driver was seen by a witness walking back and forth near the window of two female passengers he’d dropped off at around 4 a.m. Sunday.

40-year-old Christopher Cuccorillo “had dropped off two young females” roughly an hour before a witness reported hearing him out back of the building “tampering with the rear window of their apartment.”

That area was secured behind a six-foot fence.

When the cops confronted Cuccorillo, he claimed that he was “checking on the females per their request due to their intoxication.” The women flat denied this.

According to the criminal complaint, the suspect’s story “changed several times.” He arrested for loitering and prowling, which is a misdemeanor.

He was held in the Pinellas County jail until late Sunday morning when he posted a $250 bond.
