“I’m not gonna pay a lot for that biscuit!”

Those are apparently the thoughts of 39-year-old Mitchell Feinberg after he was finished eating at a Brookhaven, Georgia Waffle House establishment.

Sunday morning, Feinberg had become ‘belligerent and loud when he received the bill,’ according to an employee, claiming ‘someone had only charged him $1 on previous dates when he ordered’ his beloved sausage biscuit.

He’s said to have thrown his bill on the floor before storming out, punching the door as he did, and shattering its glass.

Right after he got outside, officers tackled him.

He claims he ‘barely kicked the door’ and that he ‘didn’t want to open the greasy door with his hand, according to the police report.

He was charged with felony damage to business property, along with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct, both of which are misdemeanors.

He’s being held in the DeKalb County jail in lieu of $2500 bond.
