A 15-year-old autistic boy claims 58-year-old Robert McDowell put a handgun in the middle of his back, took him to a garage, tied him to a trailer hitch, and then attached jumper cables to his ears and shocked him multiple times – all over a missing wallet.

The incident occurred in Wichita, Kansas after Mr. McDowell’s wallet was stolen, and he believed the boy knew who was responsible.

He eventually released him, at which point the boy ran home and told his father what happened. He, in turn, contacted police.

The unnamed young man was treated and released and was left with just extreme bruising, thankfully.

Robert McDowell has been charged with aggravated battery and kidnapping.
