Anyone for having some people required to receive permission to reproduce? Case in point: Christopher Robert Kling, a 22-year-old Oregon man, stands accused, quite believably due to video evidence, of blowing marijuana smoke into his infant child’s mouth.
Police were called for a domestic disturbance at Kling’s estranged wife’s house. When they arrived, they diffused the situation and allowed him to return to his own home. Shortly after, however, a family friend approached police with a smartphone video showing what Robert had done. Worse yet, the same friend said it wasn’t the first time he’d seen Kling do it.
He was then arrested on suspicion of endangering the welfare of a minor after the unreleased video showed the baby ‘coughing with smoke exiting his mouth.’
He has now been charged with three felony counts of application of a controlled substance to a minor and is currently residing in Washington County Jail.
