A Massachusetts man was arrested for using his cell phone to take video of young girls changing their clothes in a New Hampshire Target store.

22-year-old Zachery Bishop was arrested after Target shoppers alleged that they saw him filming little girls in the changing rooms.

“Allegedly the young ladies were in the fitting room, and they observed a device over the top of the partition between the two rooms,” said Bedford Police Chief John Bryfonski.

When he was confronted by a woman, he pushed her aside and “continued to tussle with him,” according to CBS Boston.

One woman tried to detain him until police arrived, following him out of the store to do so.

Chief Bryfonski believes it’s quite likely that Bishop has a history of this behavior, and is asking the public to see if they recognize, and to come forward if they have.

Mr. Bishop has since turned himself in and was charged with violation of privacy.

He’s being held at the Hillsborough County jail on $2,000 bail.
