A Pennsylvania man punched a Pittsburgh officer who was sitting in a parked police cruiser, then yelled “Black Lives Matter” as he was arrested.

23-year-old Domenick Hoy was running and screaming toward the officer’s car while it was parked across from the police station on Thursday night.

When the officer rolled down his window to ask what was wrong, he punched the officer, breaking his nose.

He’s been charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, and other charges.

He’s scheduled for a preliminary hearing April 7th.
