A Texas man who allegedly filmed a young girl in a Target store’s dressing room in Frisco has been identified and a warrant has now been issued for his arrest.

29-year-old Charles Sidney McKissack III, who sometimes goes by the name of Chad, has been named as the man officials say they’re looking for. He’s originally from Corsicana, Texas

The warrant was issued for him on a charge of invasive visual recording, which is a state jail felony.

Earlier this month the man, only seen in a still from surveillance footage, was seen entering a women’s dressing room at the Target store. Following that incident, Frisco police referred to him as the “skinny peeper” and say he’s still at large.

The girt he’s alleged to have recorded video of told her parents that a man had been looking over the wall of her stall. She said he was using his cell phone to record video of her. He managed to escape from the store before security could catch up to him.

Tips came in from the public leading to the suspect’s being identified. Cops say they have no vehicle information on him, and believe he may be homeless in the DFW area.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is being asked to call their local police department or the Frisco Police Department at 972-292-6010. A tip can also be sent via text message by sending FRISCOPD and the information to 847411 (tip411).
