CLEVELAND, Ohio — Police say Tramell was shot twice in the head and once in the shoulder after the three men broke in. Police say Crockett also forced a woman inside the home to shoot Tramell but it’s unclear who that was.

A federal task force on Wednesday arrested the third man in the shooting death of a 39-year-old father of eight during an August home invasion. Devenae T. A. Griffin, 18, of Akron was taken into custody early Wednesday inside an abandoned home in the 3600 block of East 146th Street in Cleveland.

Griffin is one of three men and two shooters accused of barging into Darryl Tramell's East Brookside Road home Aug. 18 in Akron. Dustin Melton, 29, of Akron, and Michael Crockett, 23, of Akron are charged with murder and remaining in the Summit County Jail on $1 million bonds.
