This is lonely and undesired Jennifer Caswell (formerly Jennifer Sexton). This woman was in a marriage where she ‘felt very unwanted’ by her husband.
“I was with him for ten years and I was never complimented. We never held hands or were physical,” she told Dr. Phil in a soon-to-air interview.
She is a 29-year-old former English teacher who had only had her teaching certificate for six weeks when she claims an 8th-grader walked into her Oklahoma classroom this past April while she was ‘working on things.’
“He kept coming closer to me and I would kind of walk away to the other part, you know another room, another area of the classroom, and he just walked up to me and then he kissed me. And then it just kind of went from there,” she said.
When Dr. Phil asked her how long they were together in the room, she surmised about two hours. When queried about how long the ‘inappropriate part’ took place, she placed that number around 10 to 15 minutes.
When asked if they completely disrobed, she said no. When asked if they partially disrobed, she answered with, “I was walking around the classroom straightening up the desks and he came and I guess it was standing up,” apparently implying they stayed dressed for the most part.
She fully admits that she didn’t force the 15-year-old to stop. She claims, “I kept on saying, ''No you know we can’t do this. No, no, no. He wasn't forcing me, I mean, I could've easily just walked out of my classroom, but I didn't. But I was resisting because I knew it was wrong…but I didn't.”
Asked how she felt immediately following the encounter, she replied, “Terrified. I just couldn't believe I had done something like that.”
She claims her failing marriage with her now-ex-husband, as well as the ‘culture’ in her small town, all contributed to the illegal tryst.
“He was very flirty and I should have put a stop to it and I didn't. I wasn't used to the attention,” she said.
She resigned from her job almost immediately after the liaison came to light and while suspicion ran rampant throughout the small community. Strangely, both the boy and his father, a pastor, expressed sorrow to her for losing her job. She’d visited him and his father in their home and even watched movies together. She doesn’t believe the boy’s father knew about the sexual end of things, however.
She was arrested two months later and is now facing jail time and a lifetime on the sex offender registry.

“It's horrible because that's for life. I’m gonna be a sex offender forever. And I'm not…I'm not…I'm not a predator,” she said. I'm not a sex offender. I'm not a threat or a danger to anyone. It's here forever and I'm gonna pay for it forever… But I didn't force anything. I'm not a rapist.” This coming from a woman who also admitted she followed the boy a whopping 650 miles to Mississippi as he and his family vacationed last June, just so they could have another secret session.

If that weren’t enough, she’s also alleged to have had sex with the boy in both her home and her car.

She further admitted she had kissed the student prior to the classroom incident, in the boy’s home.

She was arrested at a Best Western Hotel in Olive Branch, Mississippi after police caught the two of them in a room together.

She’s facing three counts of second degree rape, two counts of enticing a child, and one count of forcible sodomy.
