A West Virginia has been arrested after authorities say he gave a 3-year-old girl a sexually transmitted disease.

25-year-old Tyler Killingsworth is alleged to have had sex with the girl to transmit the infection.

The girl’s mother noticed an unusual growth on the girl’s genitals and took her to the hospital. A sexual assault nurse examiner determined it to be genital warts.

The girl told interviewers at the Harrison County Child Advocacy Center that Killingsworth had touched her multiple times on a couch at his home.

He was made aware of the investigation and denied any sexual contact, but did confess that he has the same STD. He then took a lie detector test, which he failed.

He’s been charged with sexual abuse.
