An Austell woman is in police custody after allegedly feeding a milkshake containing marijuana and methamphetamine to a dog, according to an arrest warrant.

Police say, Nicole Ledford, 37, gave the laced milkshake to a male brown and white mixed-breed dog named Moose during a September traffic stop executed by Cobb County Police, according to the warrant. A urine test on Moose indicated the presence of THC, the active ingredient in marijuana, the warrant states.

Though the traffic stop happened in September, Ledford was arrested Jan. 16, jail records show.
